Carl Talbot is the Builder in Blue Ridge Homes. He has over 17 years experience in construction, primarily with new build houses and unit developments.

Blue Ridge Homes is by strategy not a large-scale building company. Carl’s focus on being involved on a daily basis to each project requires that no more than 3 developments are underway at any given time. This approach ensures quality, a safe working environment and that projects run smoothly and to schedule, reputable for professionalism and approachability.

Carl has developed a team of reliable sub-contractors and suppliers who are ready for your construction project.

Carl’s partner Meg has been investing and developing property since she was 20 and simply loves property. Until recently she coupled her passion with property with working her role as a Business Bank Manager with Westpac. Now working along side Carl, these skills have enabled her to quickly identify your potential profit in a project and assist in putting together information where required to meet your bank’s requirements.
